If you have received an item that was damaged in shipment, please DO NOT destroy the box. It's important to keep it for the FEDEX, UPS OR Post Office insurance claim. Please contact us immediately, with your name, shipping address or description (if a direct purchase), so that we can take care of the damage claim.
We pack and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment—most packages go out the same day the order was received!! If any of the items that you select are temporarily out of stock, we’ll get back to you right away and let you know the ship date…or explore other options with you.
All purchases over 3 pounds, shipped to a street address in the continental U.S., are sent by FEDEX Ground service. If you require more immediate delivery, we can also prepare and ship your package by Express Service: 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight. Please specify your special shipping needs, and contact us by e-mail or call: 702.362.8767 for a shipping quote.
Tracking number will be sent to you automatically 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. If you didn't receive your tracking number after 48 hours, please send an e-mail to: tracking@spinettis.com. Please include your full name and shipping address—the SAME name you used for the shipping instructions. We will then e-mail the number right back to you.
If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any country outside the U.S., we will email you your shipping quote when we receive your order. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii by FEDEX insured.
Items under 3 pounds (including chip orders of 100 or fewer), are shipped by USPS. We mail packages everyday of the week. The Post Office does not provide tracking numbers, so we will be unable to supply you with tracking information for USPS orders.
